SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
accept a Grant Deed, dated July 9, 1968, from Trinidad T-dhanez,
a Widow, for that certain real property in the City of San Bernar-
dino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, located on
Waterman Zivenue, South of Cardiff avenue, and being more par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit:
The ;zest 8.75 feet of that certain parcel of land in
Lot 21, Block 45, R,_,,NCH0 Stillf B&RN.,"I'MNO, as per plat
recorded in Book 7 of Yaps, Page 2, records of said
County, as conveyed to Trinidad :Ubanez by deed re-
corded July 18, 1942, and by .�sffidavit - Death of
Joint Tenant recorded Lay 16, 1960, in Book 1541,
Page 282 and Book 5138, Page 113, respectively, Gf-
ficial Records of said County, described as follows:
BEGIN1,1ING at a point in the ',.4est line of said Lot,
said point being described in aforementioned recorded
documents as 454.15 feet South of the Northwest cor-
ner thereof; thence East along the Aorth line of said
parcel a distance of 8.75 feet; thence t3outh and
parallel to said "'!est line of said Lot a distance of
100.00 feet to a point in the South line of said
parcel; thence '46st along said ",youth line a distance
of 8.75 feet to a point in said 'tiest line; thence
North along said line a distance of 100.00 feet
to the POINT GF BEGII,NING.
The East line of said West 8.75 feet of said parcel
being 50.00 feet East, when measured at right angles,
from the centerline of the street, 82.50 feet wide,
known as ",-.,-aterman "venue.
Subject to: ill reservations, restrictions, rights
and rights of way of record.
SECTION TWO: That the City of San Bernardino is hereby
authorized to make payment for the herein described property in
the amount of Eight Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($875.00).
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing alesolution was duly
adopted by the layor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
