SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino accept a
Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Southern Pacific Company, a Delaware
Corporation, for that certain real property located on Colton
Avenue, southerly of Ydll 3treet, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California.
SECTION TWO: That said Corporation Quitclaim Deed referred
to herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit ""WI
and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though
set out at length herein, is hereby accepted.
SECTION THREE: !"hat the City Clerk is hereby directed to
record said Corporation Quitclaim Deed.

EXHIBIT "A"
FOR TEN DOLLARS '($.10) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, SOUTHERN PACIFIC
.COMPANY, a Delaware. corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor",
hereby quitclaims to the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a municipal
corporation of the _State'of California, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantee`, all of its right," title and interest in and
to the following described real property;
PARCEL A
The southeasterly 12.50.feet of that portion of
Colton Avenue, in .the. City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, closed and abandoned
by .the: Board of Supervisors of said County on September
10, 1912, by a "Resolution Abandoning a Portion of Colton
Avenue,". a certified copy of which was recorded on October
4, 1912, in.Book "V", page 57 of Miscellaneous Records
of said County, included within the southeasterly prolongations
of the northeasterly and southwesterly lines of Lot 93
of Fairview, as per plat .recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
page 20, records of said County.
PARCEL B :
.The.southeasterly 12-50.feet of that portion of
Colton Avenue,. in.the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State `of California, closed and abandoned'
by the Board of Supervisors of said County on September
10{ 1912,by a "Resolution Abandoning a Portion of Colton'
.., Avenue, a certified copy of which was recorded on October
_f 4, 1912, in Book "V", page 57 of Miscellaneous Records
of said County, included within the southeasterly prolongations
of the. northeasterly and.southwesterly lines of Lot 22,
Block 9,. Urbita Tract,.as per plat .recorded iri Book 3
of Maps, page 54, records of said County.

The southeasterly 12.50 feet of that portion of
Colton Avenue, in the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, closed and abandoned
by the Board of Supervisors of said County on .September
l0f_ 1912, by a "Resolution.Abandoning a Portion of Colton
Avenue,." a certified copy of which was recorded on October
04, 1912, in Book "V", page 57 of Miscellaneous Records
of said County, included within the following--de.scribed

Beginning at .the intersection of the northwesterly
` line of the above -mentioned vacated portion of Colton
Avenue, with a line running due east from a point in

per map recorded on Page 46 in Book 1 of Maps, records
of said County, said point in said southerly line of
said Lot 11 being due south of the northeast corner of
Lot 32 of said Osborn Tract;: thence `from said point of
beginning northeasterly along said northwesterly line
of said vacated portion of Colton Avenue, 1767.14 feet,
more`or less, to the intersection of said northwesterly
line with.the easterly line of the west one --half of Lot
1. 1ri Block 29, of the Sari Bernardino Rancho, as per
plat .recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said
County; thence southeasterly at right angles to said
northwesterly line, 40 feet to a point in the southeasterly
