SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino accept a Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Southern Pacific Company, a Delaware Corporation, for that certain real property located on Colton Avenue, southerly of Ydll 3treet, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California. SECTION TWO: That said Corporation Quitclaim Deed referred to herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit ""WI and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set out at length herein, is hereby accepted.
