Animal Services Takes Over Shelter Services for Loma Linda
On July 1, Animal Services began providing shelter services
for the City of Loma Linda.
Loma Linda residents looking for their lost pet, have found a
lost pet, or are looking to adopt a pet will be directed to the
San Bernardino shelter at 333 Chandler Place.
This grant is aimed at increasing pets returned to their owners.
Animal Services will by providing microchips and supplies to
help unify pets with their owners. This program will also offer
supplies, such as fencing repair, to help keep pets with their
owners. This program will impact at least 625 dogs.
$20,000 Grant - from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine

Drought Tolerant Tree and Plant
Nursery. We will now grow and
house plants and trees to be used
in our parks and medians.
Long term, trees grown from
saplings will save the City 80% in
costs and enable crews to have
them readily available for planting
when needed.

All Star teams from the Western United
States will converge upon San
Bernardino over the next few weeks for
the Western Regionals.
The winners will advance to the
Softball and Little League World Series.
Games are free to attend.
