Keynote speeches were given by U.S. Air Force Sergeant Corrina Ramos and San Bernardino Police Captain Brian Harris (USMC ret.) reflecting on the meaning of service. Homeless State of Emergency Homeless State of Emergency Homeless Outreach Team Launches June 15 Beginning next week, the City, in partnership with Hope the Mission, will deploy a homeless outreach team five days a week. The team will fill a missing link between homeless individuals and vital services by offering transportation services to individuals willing to seek shelter, access crisis centers, undergo rehabilitation, or to help reconnect with their families through reunification programs. San Bernardino Parks is bringing back its popular Starlight Cinema movies in the park series.
