The closures will run from 10:00 pm on Friday through 5:00 am on Monday and will be in one direction during each closure. Weather permitting, the closures will run for six of the next eight weekends, ending on April 24. The announcement comes just six months since Breeze launched its local service to San Francisco and Provo. Flights to Las Vegas are as low as $29 each way. Parks and Recreation Ranked #14 in the Nation for Social Media Engagement Parks and Recreation Ranked #14 in the Nation for Social Media Engagement The study, conducted by Next Practice Partners, a national consulting firm, examined the social media presence of parks departments from the 100 largest cities in the United States. The City ranked number three in the nation for its interactions on both Facebook and Instagram - the frequency in which followers responded to agency posts. This past year, Parks has published most of its posts in English and Spanish, as well as increased the use of video. Mayor Tran appointed to Regional SCAG Committee Mayor Tran will represent both the City and SBCTA on the SCAG Community, Economic, and Human Development Committee, who among other duties oversee the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA), which determines additional housing requirements for every city in Southern California to meet. She joins Council Member Alexander, who last month was appointed to the SCAG Committee on Energy and the Environment. ArtsFest returns to downtown San Bernardino on Saturday, March 4 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Court Street Square, located on Court Street between D Street and E Street. The event is free to attend. ArtsFest will feature musical performances, dancers, theatrical performances, local artists, and food vendors showcasing some of the best in performance, creative, and culinary arts from San Bernardino.
