Crews have been coming in at 2 a.m. to safely repair potholes on main arterial roads during low traffic volume. Additional crews are assigned pothole duties throughout the day. Sponsored by the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce, parade grand marshals were Mayor Tran, Chief Goodman, Assemblymember James Ramos, and Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. San Bernardino Celebrates MLK Day The Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Parade and Extravaganza took place Monday on the Westside of San Bernardino. The Point in Time Count is conducted across the nation and is used to determine funding allotments for housing programs and services in local communities. Budget in Brief Now Available in Print and Online The Finance Department has published a Budget in Brief mini- booklet to provide an overview of the City’s budget, income sources, expenditures, and reserves. The booklet is available in English and Spanish and can be found on the City’s website under: Finance Department/Budget Books. City NewsCity News Alexander appointed to Regional SCAG Committee Council Member Damon Alexander has been appointed to serve on the Energy and Environment Committee for the Southern California Association of Governments. Alexander will represent both the City of San Bernardino and SBCTA. Online Appointments for Passport Processing Residents can now schedule appointments online with the City Clerk’s office to process passport applications. To book an appointment online, visit the City Clerk page on the City's website and navigate to the Passport icon.
