To the city of San Bernardino,
My name is Laura Magner I am a 59 year old Woman who was born with physical challenges.
I am completely dependent on a power wheelchair, I am unmarried and live alone. I live closer
to the Del Rosa and Highland Avenue area as do many other physically challenged people
using wheelchairs and walkers. It takes two city buses for us to get to that library or to any of
the government offices downtown. If you are familiar and I'm sure you are familiar but do you
care? The area in which we live pretty much most of San Bernardino anymore is a high crime
area so purposely setting these meetings for nighttime is like saying that the city is not
welcoming persons with Limited abilities. If you cannot make these meetings earlier where it
is safer for those of us who use public transportation without Limited mobility would you
please bring back the zoom calls. Every citizen of the San Bernardino county and city should
have the right to be a part of these meetings please be considerate of all citizens that you are
supposed to be working for.
