We have a issue on W 19th St, San Bernardino we need a resolution to a flooding problem that exist when it rains. This
issue has been documented though CRM for decades but have not been resolved and been closed by public works. I
have hired my own engineers and they revealed that the properties flood due to lack of drainage in the street. I work in
law enforcement and I'm away long hours. My mother that's 81 years old that lives with me is terrified of the intruding
water. A proper drainage system needs to be built. I uploaded a picture of the street.
