Councilman Reynoso & City clerk,
My name is Ray Blom and I am one of your constituents. My property is . San Bernardino Ca 92407.
It has come to my attention that this afternoon the council will be reviewing for final approval plans for the next stage for the Verdemont Ranch
Development that meets my property lines (please see attached)
On today's agenda item #27:
1. Approving Final Tract Map No. 173294 (Subdivision 0540) involving the subdivision of the parcel (APN 034811151) containing 24.68 acres into
twenty (20) single family lots at the northwest corner of N. Little League Drive and W. Ohio Avenue; and
2. Accepting the public dedications as set forth on said map;
The developer is showing easements on my property lines that I have not agreed to. My legal counsel has advised me that we will prevail in a lawsuit, and
that the developer can adjust the plans to within his own property boundaries.
I will be unable to attend tonight's meeting as I just found out and I have a previous commitment. about this. Agenda item #27 is what I am referring to. I
