April 2021 – Demolition Permit issued

Adopt Resolution No. 2024-XXX of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,
California, adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and
Reporting Program, and approving Development Permit Type -D 20-03; and
Introduce for first reading, Ordinance No. MC-XXXX of the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Bernardino, California, approving Development Code Amendment (Zoning Map
Amendment) 20-05; and
Schedule the second reading of the above Ordinance to the regularly scheduled meeting of
the Mayor and City Council on May 15, 2024.
