The condition was that dedication be received by the City for the extension of Varsity Avenue, South to University.Avenue, before the Resolution Ordering the Vacation woul d be adopted. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO VACATING THAT CERTAIN UNNAMED EAST/WEST STREET LOCATED AT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF VARSITY AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The .Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, having heard the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation of that certain unnamed East/West Street located at the Southerly terminus of Varsity Avenue, more particularly described in City Resolution of Intention No. 86-144, hereby find from all of the evidence submitted that such street, proposed to be vacated by said Resol ution, is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes. SECTION 2. Nothing in this Resolution shall in any way affect or disturb any existing easements for sanitary sewer and appurtenant facilities and there is hereby reserved for this City an easement reasonably necessary to locate such sanitary sewers in, over, under and across the real property hereinabove described and to use, maintain, repair, replace or renew such facilities and those reserved by Resolution of Intention No. 86-144. SECTION 4. The City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the offi ce of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino.
