Ten vendors providing this service were solicited. Three responses were received.

as required (Sec. 25) and on time.
Inland Empire responded by letter. not on the bid form as required (Sec. 25) but on
time.
Laundermilk Sports responded with a bid on the City bid form as required (Sec. 25)
but two days after the bid opening.
All three did not submit the bid bond requested (Sec. 29).
It is interesting to note Laundermilk Sports offered a late bid with a total figure
and no game break down. in the exact figure of last years bid $73.584.00. which is

Specifications as bid have been reviewed with the Parks. Recreation & Community Ser-
