STAFF REPORT
The Southern California.~dison Company has requested an easement across a
portion of City owned land on the west side of Waterman Avenue, south of
Marshall Boulevard. The easement is necessary to provide underground electrical
supply for the Water Department's Waterman Avenue Pumping Plant and Booster
Station.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, A CORPORATION, OVER CITY OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF WATERMAN, SOUTH OF MARSHALL BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute a Grant of Easement

to Southern California Edison Company, a corporation, for transmission of elect

rical energy and appurtenant facilities.

SECTION TWO: That the Grant of Easement referred to herein, a copy of
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and is hereby referred to and

]3i,made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein, is hereby

]51 SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino
16 are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf
