CIoN OF SAN BERNARDJ:o - REQULJr FOR COUNCIL AC'~N STAFF REPORT This Resolution confirms the assessment Roll Assessment Diagram Map No. 970 for the maintenance portions of the Frontage Road, Northwesterly of Little those certain proposed open space areas lying within 12756 and 13172. and approves the of landscaping in League Drive and in Tentative Tracts No. On March 3, 1986, Resolution of Intention No. 86-75 was adopted which instituted formal proceedings to form an assessment district in the Cable Creek Area for the maintenance of landscaping. All the requirements of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code were fulfilled and on April 7, 1986, the Resolution ordering work was adopted. AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM MAP NO. 970. I WHEREAS. the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San """" '-..I :> 3 4 5 6 Bernardino on March 3. 1986. adopted its Resolution of Intention 7 No. 86-75. to order the work described therein to be done under the 8 provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino City Municipal 9 Code; and 10 WHEREAS. pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 86- 75. a hearing was set for April 7. 1986. at which time and place 11 12 written objections and protests to the proposed improvements. the 13 extent of the district. or to the assessment district itself were 14 heard and considered and overruled; and 15 WHEREAS. incidental expenses totalling $1.306.33 have 16 been incurred for the establishment of the district. which must be 17 spread over the individual parcels of said assessment district. the 18 City has computed and set forth in attached Exhibit RAR which is 19 incorporated herein by reference the first year assessment for each 20 individual parcel. all of which are as set forth on Exhibit RAn 21 attached hereto. is hereby declared to be the Assessment District 22 No. 970 roll for 1986-87 for the Cable Creek Area Landscap IMaintenance District. I NOW THEREFORE. THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIT , iOF SAN BERNARDINO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: I SECTION 1.
