1. TRANSIT MALL COURT STREET PROM -E- STREET TO
ARROWHEAD AVENUE - The Committee reviewed three development
scenariosi namely: (1) combined parking structure/transit
terminal complex, (2) separated transit terminal and (3)
parking structure only. All possible location alternatives
were examined under each scenario and only viable alterna-
tives have been selected for further analysis.

City Administrator and City staff were directed to com-
plete a detailed analysis by July 2, 1986 utilizing the
attached evaluation matrix. The detailed analysis utilizing
the attached format should be prepared in such a manner as to
stand the test of rigorous inquiry by the City Council and
the public at large. A financial planes) and preliminary
implementation timetable should also be included in the
matrix analysis.
The Committee also directed Council Executive Assistant
to send a letter to County Supervisor Hammock inquiring as to
the status of County Complex parking plans and parking agree-
ments in existence or contemplated with the City.
