C.V OF SAN BERNARltrO - REQ~T FOR COUNCIL A.ION STAFF REPORT On March 1, 1982, the Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution No. 82-99 which incorporated the Fair Politi- cal Practices Commission's Standard Model Conflict of Interest Code, and repealed all prior resolutions or other actions of the Mayor and Common Council which were in conflict. This resolution was subsequently amended by Resolution Nos. 83-462, 84-17 and 85-97. The resolution being presented at this time is an amend- ment to incorporate changes made in staff titles which are included in the Conflict of Interest Code provisions for the City Attorney's Office, Engineering Department and the Water Department. 75-0264 . . ] . . .
