Dear Mayor Wilcox and Council:
On behalf of The National Coalition to Protect Our Pets, Last Chance for
Animals. and The Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley, Inc.. I wish
to respectfully request the opportunity to address the Mayor and Council
at the regularly scheduled city council meeting of Monday. March 3. 1986.
We would appreciate a very b,.jef amount of time on the agenda du,'i"9
which we will ask the Council to remove the present Adviso,.y Measu...,
being prepared for the ballot of June 3, 1986. We wish to p,-esent an
Initiative to the vote,'s what would amend our City Charter.
We would sincerely appreciate all possible consideration to expedite this
request due to the very pressing time period; and since we I,ere unable
to present this request at the last city council meeting of February 17. 1986_
