1. R-3 MULTI-FAMILY ORDINANCE Item continued.
planning Department and developer representatives will meet
on Wednesday, February 26, to review and come to an agreement
on the wording of the ordinance. That agreement will be
presented to the Committee at its next regular meeting.
2~ REDLANDS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT - SCHOOL IMPACTION
FEES _ The Committee recommended that the Council approve the
same fees for the Redlands Unified School District as those
for the San Bernardino Unified School District. City
Attorney was directed to provide a resolution for review.
3. SPRINKLER ORDINANCE - RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES - Item
continued. The Building Industry Association and Fire
Department will meet ~o agree on a scenario and present the
new information to the Committee.
4. MINI-STORAGE FACILITIES ORDINANCE - The Committee
recommended approval to the Council.
s. AMENDING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO EXTENSION OF TIMES
ALLOWED FOR RECORDING A FINAL MAP and 6. ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE
FOR VESTING OF TENTATIVE MAPS FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS -
Items continued. City Attorney will study and provide
comments. Any interested parties are to provide input to the
City Attorney. This item will be reheard on March 6, 1986.
