That $356 from each of the Fourth and Seventh Ward Park Extension
Funds for the rental of portable toilets and a concession trailer for use by
Civitan Little League at Del Vallejo School Park be approved.

STAFF REPORT
Rental of a concession trailer and portable toilets is necessitated by
anticipated delays in the completion of construction of a restroom/con-
cession stand at Del Vallejo school park. Civitan Little League will
require these facilities in order to adequately run its program
scheduled for April - June. Should construction be completed prior
to the end of the season, the rental items will be returned.
Cost breakdown is as follows:
Rental & weekly servicing of 2 portable
toilets, April 1 - June 30 at $112/month
= $336.00
Rental of concession trailer, April 15-June 30
at $150/month = $375.00
TOTAL $ 711. 00
This request has been coordinated with the Council Office.
JUSTIFICATION FOR PLACEMENT ON THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA
Because of the planning and coordinating time required to assure that
equipment is in place for the Little League Season, this item needs
to be acted on at the February 3, 1986 meeting of the Mayor and Common
Counc il .
