PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-21, GENERALLY LOCATED
4 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MILL STREET APPROXIMATELY 120 FEET EAST OF
"G" STREET), AND ADOPTING lHE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
5 ENVIRON~ENTAL REVIEW.
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COuNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLL0WS:

8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the north side of Mill Street approximately
11 120 feet east of "G" Street, is rezoned from M-2, General
12 Industrial District, to C-M, Commercial-Manufacturing District:
13 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, Co~nty of San Bernardino, State of
14 California, described as follows:
15 The East 200 feet of the South 298.80 feet of lot 10,
Block 11 of The Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of
16 San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per map Recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
17 Page 2, in the office of the County Recorder of said
Co~nty (Parcel No. 26, Tent. Parcel Map No. 9506).

20 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in S~ction 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ordinance.
24 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
25 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
26 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by
27 reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
