Recommended motion:
That the Director of Public Works of the City of San Bernardino is
authorized to issue Change Order No. Three to Riverside Construction
Company as follows:
1.
The addition to said work of removal and replacement of 95.28 square
feet of 3" A.C. paving at the intersection of Orange Show Lane and
"E" Street to correct a disparity in finish grade as delineated on
sheet 2 of 5 sheets of Plan No. 6502.

STAFF REPORT
This office has been made aware of circumstances in the field which
requires certain changes in the construction as follows:
1. The addition to said work of removal and replacement of 95.28 square
feet of 3" A.C. paving at the intersection of Orange Show Lane and
"E" Street to correct a di spari ty in fini sh grade as del ineated on
sheet of 5 sheets of Plan No. 6502.
2. The addition to said work of removal and replacement of 748.38
square feet of 3" A.C. paving at the intersection of Orange Show
Lane and Arrowhead Avenue to correct a disparity in finish grade as
delineated on sheet 4 of 5 sheets of Plan No. 6502.
We recommend that the changes be approved, but in order to implement the
changes in accordance with Section 20447 and 20455 of the Public
Contract Code, the Director of Public Works must be authorized to issue
the Change Order. The increased cost estimate is $1,012.40.
