The following is a transcription of the tape con~erning Council Member
Marks' directions regarding General Plan Amendment 85-2:
"LOoking at Map 85-2: The area north of Foothill Boulevard - change the
General Plan to include General Commercial zoning along the north side of Foothill
~oUlevard from the existing commercial Code on the west side of the plan to the east
side of 'the plan. with respect to the commercial Industrial designation on the
easterly side of the southern half of the planning area, go ahead and extend that
out to the bench to be Commercial Industrial.

study area (between the railroad tracks and Rialto Avenue) .
