Specification No. 6458, be approved and accepted; and that final
payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien period.

All work under this contract was satisfactorily completed as of
12-06-85,
The contract was awarded to Winegardner Masonry for the low bid
price of $263,980.00, which is also the actual final contract price.
A copy of the letter from the Architect, dated 11-06-85, certify-
ing that all work is 100% complete, is attached for reference.
We concur with the recommendation by the Architect that the work
be approved and accepted, and that final payment be authorized at the end
of the lien period,
URGENCY CLAUSE
Since the work is complete, it is necessary that it be approved and accepted,
in order that final payment can be made in a timely manner.
