STAFF REPORT
In August of 1984, the Agency entered into a Disposition & Joint Development Agreement
with Nutech Developers for the development of 690 low and moderate income housing
units.
The first phase of 160 apartment units has been completed, and the developer is
preparing to take-down the property necessary for the next phase of development.
Because of the second phase's location, and in order to obtain financing, it is
necessary to grant Nutech two temporary easements, which will allow access over
Agency-owned land. In succeeding phases, these easements will be absorbed by Nutech.
Staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution.
