1. DISCUSSION - REVOCATION OF SIGN PERMIT ROS. 61006,
61007 AND 61008 - The item was continued. The Committee
directed the City Attorney and City Planning Director to
coordinate on the language in the resolution and report back
to the Legislative Review Committee at the next meeting.
2. DISCUSSION - DENIAL OF SIGN PERMIT NOS. 61024 AND
61025 - The item was continued. The Committee directed the
City Attorney and City Planning Director to coordinate on the
language in the resolution and report back to the Legislative
Review Committee at the next meeting.
3. DECLARATION OF IMPACTION FOR THE RIALTO UNIFIED
SCHOOL DISTRICT - The Committee recommended a continuation of
the present agreement and procedures. The Planning Director
will provide the Rialto School District a memo to that
effect.
4. ORDINANCE - CHANGE NAME OF SECCOMBE LAKE PARK TO
SECCOMBE LAKE STATE URBAN RECREATION AREA AND TO PROHIBIT
FISHING EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS - The Committee recom-
mended coordination between Director of Parks, Recreation and

Community Services and the City Attorney to provide the
proper language regarding fishing. They recommended the
Seccombe Lake Park name not be changed.
