The Negative Declaration for environmental review was also recommended for approval. Recommen<:led motion: To approve the responses to comments and to adopt the Negative Declaration for environmental review which has been reviewed and considered. The subject site is of adequate size and shape to accomodate a use permitted in the C-M zone. 2. The zoning as proposed should not have an adverse effect on the property values for the surrounding area. J. The proposed zoning of C-I1, Commercial-l1anufacturing is in conformity with the San Bernardino General Plan designation of "General Industrial", 4. Surrounding zoning includes 11-2, Ceneral Industrial and C-M, Commercial Manufacturing. 5. At the Environmental Review Committee meeting held on October 31, 1985 a a Negative Declaration was proposed for Zone Change No. 85-21. RECOMMENlJAT iON ~-~~------~~ Based upon observations above and findings of fact, staff recommends adoption of tile Negative lJeclaration and approval of Zone Change No. 85-21 from M-2 to C-M on the subject property.
