AJrBOfl\l STAFF REPORT Local assistance grants under the Roberti-Z'berg Fund of the 1984 Bond Act require a minimum of 25% matching funds. The Mayor and Council Approved application for funding in this program for a $42,000 project. State funding will be $31,500 with the City match being $10,500. The Park Construction Fee fund as estimated in the 1985-86 budget has not reached the anticipated level of funding at this time. Therefore, there is a shortfall in park construction fees to meet the matching requirement. As the Roberti-Z'berg funds are available to the City now it is recommended that the $10,500 needed to provide the required match be temporarily appro- priated from the Operating Contingency Fund. The $10,500 will be reimbursed to the Operating Contingency Fund in the 1986-87 Park Construction Fee Fund proposal. 75-'J264
