STAFF REPORT
In order to provide electrical service to Al Guhin Park,
located at 3650 Little League Drive, Southern California Edison
Company has requested an easement for their facilities.
We recommend that the resolution be adopted.

4 CONVEYED HAS A VALUE OF LESS THAN $2,000.00.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City of San Bernardino approves the
7 authorization of a Grant of Easement to Southern California
8
Edison Company, a corporation, for City owned property located
9 southerly of Irvington Avenue and easterly of Little League
10 Drive.

SECTION 2. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
]2 Bernardino hereby determine that the property being conveyed has
]3 a value of less than $2,000.00.

SECTION 3. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is

hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant of Easement
]6
on behalf of the City of San Bernardino, a copy of which is
17
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by
18
reference as though fully set forth at length.
