Synopsis of Previous Council action:
This item was brought before the Mayor and Common Council at a previous date and
approved for Community Development Block Grant funding. Environmental clearance
is needed prior to the expenditure of funds.
Recommended motion:
Adopt the Negative Declaration for the addition of Code Enforcement items at
Encanto Park Community Center, 1180 West 9th Street. The item includes security
entrances, alarms, handicapped access, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning.
