At the October 21, 1985 Council meeting, the hearing of the
appeal of Gerald M. and Mary L. Lair relating to the denial
of Variance No. 84-16 was continued to November 18, 1985, at
the request of Elvin Meeks, attorney for the Lairs.
Mr. Meeks desired the continuance in order to meet with his
clients on this matter.
