EMPLOYEE'S HEALTH PLAN ADMINISTRATION AND INSURANCE SERVICES - After extensive briefings by representatives of Blue Cross, John Hancock arid Mr. Mike Baker (consultant to the City) and question and answer sessions to include the City Employees Insurance Committee, the Personnel Committee recommends approval of an agreement with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company to provide administrative services and stop loss insurance to the City's Health Program for city employees. 2. SALARY ADJUSTMENT - R.S.V.P. AND S.C.P. COORDINATOR - The Committee referred this item to the City Administrator and Personnel Director for review. 3. AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 10584 Management Employees) - The Personnel Director revise this per guidance from the Committee and to the Committee for review. (Defining was tasked to resubmit it 4.
