Recommended motion:
To adopt the Categorical Exemption, Section 15304, Class 4, for the rehabilitation
of a 1.53 acre park to include grading, installation of automatic irrigation
system, soil preparation, seeding, landscaping, concrete picnic tables, handicap
drinking fountain and fencing to secure park from private land.

this case because the mitigation measures described on an attached sheet
have been added to the project, A NEGATIVE DECLARATION WILL BE PREP~~ED.
