Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor, in accordance
with Specification No. 6626, be approved and accepted;
and that final payment be authorized at the expiration
of the lien period.

STAFF REPORT
All construction was satisfactorily completed as of October 4,
1985.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of $143,853.82.
The actual final contract price is $144,303.82, due to the increase
authorized by Change Order No. One.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and that
final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien period.
SYNOPSIS OF PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION (Cont.l:
10-07-85 ---- Change Order No. One approved, changing the electric
service from single phase to three-phase, at a contract
cost increase of $450.00, from $143,853.82 to
$144,303.82.
