Recommeno::led motion:
1. That minutes of Legislative Review Committee meeting held September
26, 1985 be received and filed.
2. That Committee recommended actions be approved and appropriate
departments implement these actions as necessary and as soon as
possible.

Councilman Gordon Quie1, Park & Recreation Director - Annie
Ramos, Park & Recreation Administrative Assist. - Tom Boggs,
City Attorney - Ralph Prince, Mayor's Administrative Assist-
ant - Richard Bennecke, Mayor's Project Coordinator - Greg
Garcia, Council Executive Assistant - Phil Arvizo, Emergency
Services Director - Ronald Solheim, The Sun Mark Lundahl,
Mr. John Glen and Mr. Herb G1ennis.
1. AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2.17 - BOARDS, BUREAUS AND
COMMISSIONS - The Committee recommended the ordinance to the
full Council for approval.
2. PRESERVATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT DURING EMERGENCY
This item was continued and referred to City Administrator,
City Attorney and Emergency Services Director for research
and review. If necessary, examine the possibility of having
California State University students perform a study and
provide the Committee with recommendations.
3. SECCOMBE LAKE - The Committee recommended approval
of recommendations made by Parks and Recreation. Item to be
reviewed by Ways and Means Committee.
4. BILLBOARD SIGNS - Discussion only.
