STAFF REPORT
A portion of the tot lot equipment for Hudson Park was purchased approximately
seven years ago. During the interim, the equipment has been stored at several
different locations and some parts have been lost or stolen. An inventory has
been completed to determine which items need to be replaced in order to construct
and install this equipment. A total of $4,445 is needed to purchase the materials
and parts.
The balance in the Hudson Park account for park amenities is $1,261. The
Department proposes that $1,592 be approved from 5th Ward funds to supplement the
Hudson account with the balance of $1,592 to be paid out of the funds appropriated
for various projects throughout the City which has been established for replacement
of lost or broken park equipment.
This request has been coordinated with the Council office.
