STAFF REPORT
The positions of Project Coordinator and Special Assistant to
the Mayor have previously been added to the salary resolu-
tion and bargaining unit resolution. In the same manner, the
position of Public Affairs Officer has been deleted from
these two resolutions. The final step in placing the two new
positions (and deleting one position) from the Mayor's
staffing authorization is an amendment to Resolution 6433,
which changes the number of budgeted, authorized positions in
the Mayor's department.
As directed by the City Attorney, an amendment to Resolution
6433 has been prepared for your approval.

MAYOR'S OFFICE AND DELETING THE POSITION OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
OFFICER IN THE MAYOR'S OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
