STAFF REPORT
The San Bernardino City Unified School District owns and maintains an
electronic alarm system linked to various District-owned properties. A
module is installed in the City's communications center to allow a timely
response by police and fire personnel in emergency situations.
The City entered into an agreement relating to this installation in 1976.
and extensions were granted in 1981 and 1982. It is recommended that the
agreement be renewed for a term of five years.
JUSTIFICATION FOR PLACEMENT ON THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA
It is requested that this item be placed on the Supplemental
Agenda to allow for the approval of the Third Amendment to
the Agreement prior to the termination of the Agreement on
Augus t 31, 1985.
