2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06,020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-7, GENERALLY LOCATED ON
4 THE WEST SIDE OF LANKERSHIM AVENUE BETWEEN FIFTH AND THIRD
STREETS), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL
5 REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 ' SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the west side of Lankershim Avenue between
11 Fifth and Third Streets, is rezoned from M-lA, Limited Light
12 Industrial District to C-M, Commercial Manufacturing District:
13 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
14 California, described as follows:
15 That portion of Lot 3, in Block 62 of the Rancho San
Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
16 page 2 records of the County of San Bernardino,
particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 3,
18 which corner is located in the center line of Third
Streetl thence north 618.75 feetl thence west 660
19 feetl thence south 618.75 feetl thence east 660 feet
to the point of beginning.

22 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
23 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
24 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
25 ordinance,
26 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
27 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
28 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
1 is hereby approved and adopted.

3 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
4 Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held
