Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 10 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", 11 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, a rectangul- 12 arly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately .42 acres 13 having a frontage of approximately 97 feet on the west side of 14 Stoddard Avenue and being located approximately 255 feet north 15 of the centerline of Oak Street, is rezoned from M-l, Light 16 Industrial District to C-M, Commercial-Manufacturing District. 17 (PETITION NO. 85-10) 18 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by 19 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal 20 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this 21 ordinance. 22 SECTION 3.
