2 ORDI~ANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING TilE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-10, A RECTANGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .42 ACRES HAVING
A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 97 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF STODDARD
5 AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 255 FEET NORTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF OAK STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION
6 FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
10 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
11 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, a rectangul-
12 arly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately .42 acres
13 having a frontage of approximately 97 feet on the west side of
14 Stoddard Avenue and being located approximately 255 feet north
15 of the centerline of Oak Street, is rezoned from M-l, Light
16 Industrial District to C-M, Commercial-Manufacturing District.

18 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
19 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
20 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
21 ordinance.
22 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
23 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
24 hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by reference,
25 is hereby approved and adopted.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Parcel No.1:
Lot 7, and that portion of Lot a, lying north of a line which is
456.4 feet south of and parallel with the south line of Valley
Street, and that portion of Lot 35 lying north of a line which is
456.4 feet south of and parallel to the south line of Valley Street
and lying west of Livingston Street now Stoddard Avenue and that
portion of Lot 36, lying west of Livingston Street now Stoddard
Avenue all in the Sunnyside Addition, as per plat recorded in Book
7 of Maps, Page 13, records of San Bernardino County.
Parcel No.2:
All that portion of Lot a,shown on the map of Sunnyside Addition,
as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 13, and
a portion of Lot 12 in Block 10 of the Rancho San Bernardino, as
per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 13, records
of said County, described as follows:
COIl\lllencing at a point on the east line of "E" Street, in the City
of San Bernardino, which is 456.4 feet south of the south line of
Valley Street; thence south of the east line of "En Street .75
feet; thence east ao feet; thence north .75 feet to a point in
the line which is parallel with and 456.4 feet south of the south
line of Valley Street; thence west 80 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel No.3:
That portion of Lot 8, lying south of a line which is 456.4 feet south
of and parallel to the south line of Valley Street and lying east of
the west 135 feet of said lot and that portion of Lot 35, lying south
of a line which is 456.4 feet south of and parallel to the south line
of Valley Street and lying west of Stoddard Avenue, as per plat
