Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 9 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", 10 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, located on 11 the southeasterly side of University Parkway between Northpark 12 Boulevard and Kendall Drive, is rezoned from R-3-3000 Multiple- 13 Family Residential District, R-1-7200 Single-Family Residential 14 District, and "0" Open District, to PRD-14U/Ac Planned Residential 15 Development District at 14 units per acre. 16 (PETITION NO. 85-11), 17 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by 18 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal 19 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this 20 ordinance. 21 SECTION 3.
