RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN BERNARDINO CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT RELATING TO THE DELIVERY OF TYPE A LUNCHES AND SCHEDULE B SNACKS TO CITY'S DELMANN HEIGHTS HEAD START CENTER, TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIOD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with the San Bernardino City Unified School District relating to the delivery of Type A lunches and Schedule B snacks to City's Delmann Heights Head Start Center, to extend the term of the agreement for an additional one year period, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Board of Education amend the Food Service Agree- ment with the City of San Bernardino for the Delmann Heights Head Start Center, dated July 20, 1983, at a cost of BOt per student lunch and $1.50 per adult lunch, excluding milk, and 22t each for schedule B snacks, effective July I, 19B5 through June 30, 1986, per terms of Amendment No.2. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Board of Education amend the Food Service Agree- ment with Mountain View Elementary School, Ontario, California, dated June 5, 1984, at a cost of B5t per elementary lunch and 95t per junior high lunch, excluding milk, effective July 1, 1985 through June 30, 1986, per terms of Amendment No. 1. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Board of Education amend the Food Service Agreement with San Bernardino Community College District for the Valley College Campus Children's Center, dated July 6, 1984, at a cost of 80t per student lunch, excluding milk, effective July 1, 1985 through June 30, 1986, per terms of Amendment No.2. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Board of Education amend the Food Service Agree- ment with San Bernardino Association for Retarded, also known as School of Hope, dated July 6, 1983, at a cost of $1.25 per adult student lunch and 20t for milk, effective July 1, 1985 through June 30, 1986, per terms of Amendment No.2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Harold L.
