STAFF REPORT
In October 1984, the Commieeion approved a Contract between the Agency and the City
for planning eervices. The Agreement was for the period of July 1, 1984 through
June 30, 1985. Under the Contract, the Agency ie to pay to the City the actual cost
for providing planning services, plus fringe benefits, on an hourly baeis for all work
performed on behalf of the Agency. The total compensation for the 12 month period is
not to exceed $50,000.
For your review, the following ie a summary of services provided and invoiced to date:

I FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
2 (Planning Services)
3 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into
4 effective as of the 1st day of July, 1985, by and between the
5 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, a
6 public agency of the State of California, hereinafter referred to
7 as -Agency-, and the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a municipal
8 corporation, hereinafter referred to as -City-.
9 The parties agree as follows:

A. Agency and City entered into an agreement effective
July 1, 1984 (the -agreement-), stating that City will provide to
12
13 Agency planning services as determined necessary by Agency.

B. The parties now desire to amend the agreement to
15 provide for a one year extension in its term.

2. Term. The term of the agreement shall be extended for an
17 additional period of one year commencing July 1, 1985, and
18 terminating June 30, 1986.
