Applicant seeks authority to operate as a passenger
stage corporation between all points, over all routes, in
the Counties of Ventura, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Kern,
Santa Barbara, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial
and San Diego. The service will be "on call" and will be
perfor~ed in mini-vans,with capacities from seven (7) to
fourteen (14) passengers. To utilize the proposed service,
a person must becone a member of and pay a menbership fee
to the NO-DUI CLUB and purchase coupons which will be tendered
as cOMpensation for the service. NO-Dur stands for "No
driving under the influence" and the transportation to be
provided is designed for persons that desire or need an
alternative means of personal transportation when they antic-
ipate being or may be under the influence of alcohol or
some other stimulants. Fares to be assessed will range
from one coupon (S2,50) for a trip of 0 to 5 miles to 10

coupons ($25.00) for a trip of 46 to 55 miles, Each additional
passenger will be charged a fare of one coupon ($2,50). .
