Recommended motion:
That the claim of Ms. Bonnie Jean Vaughn, by her Attorneys of Rec-
ord; Risk Management File 83B-013 and San Bernardino County Superior
Court Case No. 219903, be approved as a full and complete release in
the negotiated sum of $5,000., for alleged bodily injury and loss of
earnings, when claimant stepped into a hole and fell, at or near the
North-half of the intersection of Hill Drive & 4th Street; City of
San Bernardino, on or about May 9, 1983.
