REVIEW PROCEDURES FOR GAMES OF AMUSEMENT - LOCATION - The Com- mittee determined that controls are adequate. The Committee recommended that Mr. Schuma, Planning Director, contact Councilman Marks to discuss specifics. 2. ,DISCUSSION - AGENDA ITEMS GENERATED FROM COMMITTEES - The Com- mittee recommended to Council that City Administrator arrangeCo?ncil Agenda to allow for action items to be taken up when the Comm;tt~e report is filed. This should avoid duplication of agenda items. 3. (a) RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PROCEDURE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PLANS: (b) AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION 13157 CONCERNING ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROCEDURES FOR CITY - Item tabled. Mr. John Wilson, Deputy City Attorney, will review thoroughly and bring back to Committee. 4. LOCOMOTIVE DISCUSSION - ALTERNATIVES - Item continued. Mr . Scott Brittin addressed the Committee. Mr. Walter Gray, of the Sacramento Muse- um, will be coming to San Bernardino the week of May 20, 1985. The Com- mittee will discuss the alternatives and forward to Council after next Committee meeting. 5. TRAM SERVICE - DISCUSSION - Item continued. The City Adm~nis- trator and Council Executive Assistant will jointly pursue studies from Ornnitrans and the Marketing Department at Ca1 State University, San Ber- nardino and report back to Committee at completion of studies.
