RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAROINO AWARDING
CONTRACT TO HARMON & ASSOCIATES, INC. D.B.A. RIVERSIDE CON-
STRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS, SIDE-
WALKS, PAVING, CATCH BASINS, STORM DRAINS, STREET lIGHTING AND
ALL APPURTENANCES IN PORTION~ OF ORANGE SHOW lANE BETWEEN "E"
STREET AND' ARROWHEAD AVENUE AND IN PORTIONS OF "E" STREET
BETWEEN ORANGE SHOW lANE AND A POINT APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET
NORTH THEREOF, IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RESOLUTION OF INTENTION, RESOLUTION NO. 85-53.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 84-72 of the City
of San Bernardino, the Director of Public Works of the City of
San Bernardino in a public meeting on the 18th day of April,
1985, publicly did open, examine, and declare, all sealed
proposals or bids for doing the work mentioned in Resolution of
Intention, Resolution No. 85-53 of said Mayor and Common
Council, declaring its intention to construct curbs, gutters,
sidewalks, paving, catch basins, storm drains, street lighting
and appurtenances in a portion of Orange Show lane between "E"
Street and Arrowhead Avenue and in portions of "E" Street
between Orange Show lane and a point approximately 400 feet
north thereof, in the City of San Bernardino, as shown on Plan
No. 6502.
The said Director of Public Works reported the
results of said bidding to the said Mayor and Common Council at
their meeting of May 13, 1985. Reference to said Resolution of
Intention hereby is made for the description of the work and
the assessment district and for all further particulars.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DOES RESOLVE AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the said Mayor and Common Council
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responSible bidder,
to-wit:

Company, pursuant to his bid dated April 18, 1985, on file in
the office of the Director of Public Works, at the price named
in his bid and hereby rejects all other proposals or bids for
the doing of said work.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk hereby is directed to pub-
lish the notice of this award twice in the Sun,' a newspaper
published and circulated in the City of San Bernardino, and to
record a notice of this award in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
SEeTI ON 3.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution a~d thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
