RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWAPDING A
CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERING OF LIBRARY TECHNICAL.
FURNITURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION F-85-17
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO THAT DON I S CUSTOM CABINETS
is the lowest and best bidder for the furnishing and delivering
of Library Technical Furniture - Item 4 only, at a total cost of
$1,401.10.
in accordance with Specification No.F-85-17;that all other bids
therefor are hereby rejected; that the contract therefor is here-
by awarded to said bidder; and that the Mayor of the City of San
Bernardino is hereby directed to execute said contract.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
