CIT[ OF SAN BERNARDIt" "l - REQUEM FOR COUNCIL ACT-'N
STAFF REPORT
The Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution Nos. 84-441, 84-
440, 84-431, 84-430, 84-379, and 84-218 dealing with various
issues involved in the annexation of unincorporated areas known as
Highland and Arrowhead Suburban Farms.
As the annexation effort was defeated, it is proposed that these
six resolutions dealing specifically with the annexation issue be
repealed. If annexation efforts are commenced at a future time
for any of the areas previously dealt with in the annexation
election of November 6, 1984, the Mayor and Common Council could
adopt the same or a different plan for services.
