For the last four (4) weeks the CClIIIIuni~ Develollllent Citizens' Advisory CORIIittee has lllet and reviewed proposals submitted for CDBG financial assistance pursuant ill the Fiscal Year 85/86 CDBG Program Mix adopted l1Y the Mayor and Common Councfl. Staff is in the process of developing binders for CClllllission members that will summarize the Committee's deliberations and include the following: A IIItrix noting all proposals received, those proposals recClllllended ill the Coanission for funding, and those proposals not reconnended for CDBG funding. Copies of lIinutes of all CAC lIll!etings held during the proposal review process. Copy of the CDBG ProgrUl Mix adopted by the Mayor and Common Councfl. c Cover memorandum suanarizing the National CDBG objectives and the changes in the regulations governing the use of CDBG funds. The above infonnation will be subllitted ill the Mayor and Common Councfl prior ill the l118eting set for the public hearing. Adoption of the foJ'll IIOtion by the Mayor and COIIIIIon Councfl will set the publfc hearing for the first meeting in May, 1985. 789L 4-9-85 o
