Dear Mr. J. Matzer:
My appeal of April 1, 1985 was denied by the City
Council and I'm writing to request a reconsideration.
It was stated by the developers that the rare
plant, Eriastrum densifolium ssp. sanctorum, the basis
of my appeal, was not located on their property and my
contention is that unless markers and posts are in
place, the tract lines cannot be ascertained and until
this is accomplished, the location of the plant remains
in dispute.
Further testimony given by the botanist, Mr. Tim
Krantz verifies its presence and unless mitigating
measures are taken, the possibility exists the project
will impact its habitat and existence.
I look forward to hearing from you with notifica-
tion of a new appeal date.
